Cancellation Policy

"Booking Policy: All bookings made with Gwendolyn's Table are subject to the following terms and conditions in accordance with Florida state law: 1. Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, which may vary depending on the nature of the booking. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the timeframe. 3. Payment Terms: Payment terms for the remaining balance are outlined in the booking agreement and must be adhered to in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. 4. Changes to Booking: Changes to the booking, including date changes or adjustments to the scope of services, may be accommodated based on availability and at the discretion of Gwendolyn's Table 5. Force Majeure: Gwendolyn's Table reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or other emergencies. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the client's needs. 6. Liability: Gwendolyn's Table shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of changes to or cancellations of bookings, except as otherwise provided by law. By booking with Gwendolyn's Table, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
